
Rollie Sturm
One of Southern Nevada’s largest real estate developers, a resident of Las Vegas for 16 years, Roland “Rollie” Sturm has established himself as a top-notch master planner, developer and premier homebuilder in Southern Nevada. Rollie came to Nevada in 1989 with an international company to spearhead development for the first of many highly amenitized master planned communities.
In 1992, Sturm co-founded and has since served as managing partner for The Developers of Nevada, a local homebuilding firm. Recognizing the strength of Las Vegas’ real estate market, he started a second homebuilding company, Southwest Homes in 1997.
Sturm is a graduate of the University of Alberta. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, Urban Land Institute, the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association and the President’s Associates at UNLV. Several years ago, Rollie established the Terri & Roland Family Foundation for charitable and philanthropic endeavors in the Las Vegas community.
Rollie Sturm and his wife Terri have three daughters.
