Camille Ruvo

Camille Ruvo was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Las Vegas as a teenager with her family in 1978. She is a graduate of Clark High School and continued her education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas majoring in Psychology. While tending to university studies, she worked as a spokes model for major computer technology companies such as General Electric. She eventually moved on to become the official spokesperson for Major Video, now known as Blockbuster, representing local and regional ad campaigns. Camille then turned to the retail world with the Limited Corporation and rapidly moved to a management position as a buyer.

Camille's philanthropic endeavors began in 1991 where she taught religious education to children at the elementary level. She has since been involved in the fundraising efforts for The Meadows, where her children attended school, as well as the Andr� Agassi Capital Campaign Board. Her most recent contribution has been to Catholic Charities where she served as President of the Executive Board. At present, she sits as Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board for Keep Memory Alive which she founded along with her husband Larry Ruvo, in support of the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. As Vice-Chairman she leads the development, event planning and fundraising efforts.

Although active with many charities, her foremost priority is to her husband and children. She is married to Larry Ruvo and the proud mother of two daughters and one stepdaughter.
