Most caregivers share a common thread: they need to learn about the impact of an illness on a loved one, and are looking for reliable sources for information and support. Keep Memory Alive in association with the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health offers a library as a resource for caregivers, families, interested individuals and the community-at-large featuring:

All materials are available viewing in the library or on loan.
As part of our commitment to caregivers, our goal is to collect and make available an extensive array of materials on Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, ALS, Huntington’s disease and other memory disorders. With over 1,100 catalog items, our library is one of the largest sources of caregiver information in Nevada. Specially trained volunteers welcome the opportunity to assist individuals searching for materials of interest in our site-based or on-line collections. A sampling of the topics available in English and Spanish includes:

- Personal narratives by caregivers
- Basic disease information
- Inspirational materials
- Safety
- Activities
- Respite care
- Long term care
The library is currently open on Monday through Friday from 10 AM – 2 PM and by appointment. Individuals may access materials in person, by phone (702-483-6033) or via e-mail at louruvolibrary@ccf.org and sign up to check out items free of charge. The library will also host ongoing education programs, tours of the collection and special events.
