Keep Memory Alive enhances awareness and raises funds to support research and treatment of brain disorders. One of the ways we do both is through our partnership with the Red Velvet Café. Thanks to the extraordinary commitment of Chef Aneesha and staff, the café's menu offers healthy, delicious options that may help maintain brain health. A portion of the proceeds from the café supports research at Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.
Chef Aneesha is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and alumna of Chef Thomas Keller's kitchen. She strives to create food that "motivates anyone attempting to lead a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle." Her signature dishes are low in carbohydrates and high in protein and fiber.
The Red Velvet Café not only provides a wonderful selection of meals and snacks; it also serves up support for patients, families and visitors to the center.
