Preparing For Your Visit
We offer a patient experience that's designed to help you and your loved ones feel welcomed and respected.
Whether you're attending an event, visiting a medical provider, or simply touring the building, you're a valued guest at Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, and you deserve to be treated with world class care. We want you to be comfortable even before you arrive at our front door. So to make your first visit a little easier, here's some information about what you can expect:
Location: We're in downtown Las Vegas at the corner of W. Bonneville Avenue and Grand Central Parkway across from outlet mall and World Market Center at 888 W. Bonneville Avenue. Please note that GPS navigation systems do not have much success in finding us.
There is free self-parking immediately adjacent to our building's entrance, unless we're hosting a special event, in which case complimentary valet parking will be available.
You'll be greeted in our first-floor lobby by one of our friendly volunteers.
Our Keep Memory Alive café is open from 8am-3pm Monday through Friday for a full meal or a light snack.
We have a lending library open from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
Our campus was designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry. In addition to our patients and families, we welcome visitors to the center and photographs are permitted outside of patient care areas.
We have no-cost Patient and Family Services programs available to the community, regardless of whether you or a family member is a patient. In our lobby and on our web site, you'll find information on these and other programs.
Cleveland Clinic is a non-profit and is funded in part by philanthropy.

At the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, we embrace a team approach to patient care, where initial neurology visits are conducted by a physician and follow-up visits by each physician's partner, a nurse practitioner. Nurse practitioners have more time to devote to your personal needs and are in close daily contact with your physician. This team approach provides the most intimate patient care while maximizing physician availability for all patients.
You'll also find that, as a part of the patient experience, we respect your privacy and your time. As part of the better patient and family experience, we invite returning patients to sign up for MyChart and to complete all patient forms online, prior to your appointment. All records are stored in our secure, confidential patient records system.
