Healthy Aging: Up2MeExpand +
According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, more than 125 million adults suffer from at least one chronic illness such as high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain or anxiety. Caregiving can increase the risk of developing a chronic illness due to increased stress. Healthy Aging: Up2Me is a proven program designed to help individuals set personal goals for their health and well-being and identify strategies to successfully achieve them. The program consists of six, two and a half hour workshops, led by trained volunteer facilitators. There is no charge to participate in Healthy Aging: Up2Me. To register for the next workshop series or receive additional information, please contact Susan Hirsch, MSW, LSW, at 702.483.6023 or hirschs2@ccf.org.
