Chef Alex Stratta dinner at The Palazzo: August 24th

James Beard Award Winning Celebrity Chef Alex Stratta will host an extraordinary five-course dinner paired with the wines of Banfi to benefit Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. The dinner will be held on Friday, August 24, 7 p.m. at the Cibo-Vino Room in The Palazzo.

Known for his traditional French and Italian regional cuisine, Stratta's approachable and contemporary style has earned him countless prestigious accolades over his 35-year career from AAA, Forbes and Michelin ratings.

Banfi, a family-owned vineyard estate and winery in Tuscany, is recognized for its dedication to excellence and winemaking.
