In 1955 Angie and Lou Ruvo opened the Venetian Restaurant and Pizzeria and brought to Las Vegas the city's first authentic home cooked Italian Cuisine and pizza.  One of Angie's most requested menu items was her "Neckbones" dish, which became legendary among locals and visitors alike.  Now, for the first time since Lou Ruvo's passing, we will enjoy this trendy Las Vegas culinary classic paired with great wines as well as hear Oscar describe some of his memorable dinners at the Venetian with some of his infamous and colorful clients.
