Every November we ask that you join us to raise awareness and raise funds by completing the participation form below or by visiting one of our participating retailers. Businesses, restaurants, and others are encouraged to participate by donating proceeds to Keep Memory Alive from a specialty item, donate at point-of-sale or hosting a special in-store promotion.
Keep Memory Alive leverages the month to raise funds and awareness in support of the 5.8 million Americans living with Alzheimer’s disease, and the family that cares for them.
2020 COMMUNITY PARTNERS
Please visit our local restaurant and business partners who have teamed up to support our mission. We invite you to enjoy a specialty cocktail, beer, menu item, select menu, purchase a bottle of wine or spirits, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated back to Keep Memory Alive.
